This App is designed to help you reverse your Diabetes Type 2.

The App guides you to adjust your diet to:-

- reduce bad food types
while still enjoying a full, varied and balanced diet.

The App lists the good and bad food types which correlate with Diabetes T2 reversal. You simply selects the food types in their diet on a daily basis.

The App then displays daily charts of the good v bad food types you consumed, which enables you to stay on track and reach your goal of Diabetes T2 remission.

No one knows the root cause of Diabetes Type 2 - why the insulin receptors in your cells become insensitive to insulin. A leading hypothesis is that the root cause is due to man made artificial fats, used in many processed food types. The App design is based on this hypothesis.
