An IoT and data driven mobile application that gives farmers more accurate agricultural data, good cultivation practices and ability to carry out farm activities like irrigation, current temperature, current soil quality (PH, water content, nutrients etc.), weeding and environmental condition detector among others, using IoT sensors and devices, which are controlled and accessed via their mobile devices. This app also makes agriculture social-economic driven in a way that people can do shared-investment in agriculture, land leasing, individual investment and also connect farmers to buyer quickly using the "Smart Market" on the application. It will also create a system where people can apply to work on people’s farm either as a professional or menial worker on the farm.
