This app is developed by NIC Himachal Pradesh for Himachal Pradesh Kaushal Vikas Nigam (HPKVN). The app will help both Citizen and Skilled persons. The HPKVN provides training to youth of Himachal Pradesh in various trades like Plumbing, Computer Data Entry Operator, Beautician, Electrician etc. The HPKVN has come up with this idea of providing an app so that these skilled persons get exposure and can be contacted by citizen to avail their services.
The citizen also gets benefited by getting availability of service providers in the area of choice. They can contact the skilled person suitable for the service area through phone, whats app, email.
