Colors are the most important. Take only the right color pills for score and avoid others. You only have three lives. There are four colors of pills in the game: red, green, yellow and blue. Pill colors change when time runs out. The progress bar on the top is multi functional. It shows you the time left before pill colors change and the next pill color. Good luck!
