Software "Communication planning Ninh Thuan Province" is an application developed and managed by the Center for Information Technology Resources and Environment of Ninh Thuan to provide planning information in Ninh Thuan province to the people, organizations and businesses online through a web app and mobile app smart (smartphones and tablets).
This is the first version of the software, so that during use, individuals interested organizations can submit suggestions to help the software is complete and has many practical features to further serve the people people and businesses in Ninh Thuan province. Comments can submit applications directly through planning Information Ninh Thuan.
 We would also like to thank the partners as well as the development unit and sharing APIs based mapping service that our application is using.
 The app was developed by the Information Technology Center of Natural Resources and Environment of Ninh Thuan.
