The service engineer can write his hours offline. You can automatically keep track of how long he has been doing a job and what the travel time has been. This can of course be directly linked to a rate so that you get an immediate view of the costs.
Document and save everything
It is easy to record photos from before and after the job. Have items been used from stock? This is then immediately debited. Does something have to be sent? This can of course also be passed on immediately. This way the service engineer is relieved optimally.
In SalesManager ERP the stock can be kept on the bus. By replenishing the used items immediately you prevent the technician from having to return to the store. Great for the engineer and the customer.

Immediately a signature
The technician can have the customer sign digitally. With an internet connection, all data is sent to the server and a work order is mailed to the customer. No connection for a moment? The work order is temporarily parked and sent as soon as there is a connection. Due to the rapid processing of an agreement, invoicing will be possible sooner.
