The journey involves several stages. You will discover per stage how easy and fun a healthy lifestyle is, through soft competition, rewards, and especially results! - You play Phileas in a team against another team, through an app. With your team you make a trip around the world.
- During the trip you make all kinds of assignments with which you can win baths and real prizes.
- You use a move tracker, which a Phileas coach can follow.
- You work together with your team, but you also have personal goals.
- In the app you can keep track of your personal progress and keep in touch with teammates. For support, motivation and inspiration!
