truckMateII is the 2nd generation of the mobile part of the truckMate web application for transport companies.

The mobile app is loaded on the driver's phone and can be used alongside all other apps.

The vehicles can therefore be followed via GPS tracking on the map of both the mobile app and the central web application.

The driver can scan a consignment note and provide journey details and additional information. These consignment notes are stored in the cloud and can then be viewed by the administration and the customer concerned and registered shipping / receiving parties via the web application. .

For the driver, the centrally managed customer address data is available and at the touch of a button you can call directly with contacts and colleague drivers.

Via the website, the data is managed in a data section specifically designed for the transport company.

Customers and their own administration have real-time insight into consignment notes and associated data.

If daily reports are used, the driver can also scan them and these can be used by the administration for an extra completeness check.
