With the receipts app, the treasurer can easily photograph receipts and declarations and forward them to the administration. Choose the photo, who you want to pay to, and which account the declaration belongs to.

In Conscribo you can then approve this in the creditor inbox.
Please note, does not work in 'Conscribo Lite' administrations.
