Diabeweeg is the solution. The Diabeweeg application ensures that young people between the ages of 10 and 18 with type 1 diabetes are more active by offering challenges. They can perform these challenges against each other, with each other or individually. It also brings young people together which will ensure recognition and the sharing of experiences. All this to ensure that more stable blood glucose values ​​are achieved more often in the short, but certainly also in the long term. Due to the interactive character, the variety of (sports) activities and also the imparting of the missing knowledge, more awareness is created about controlling diabetes.
