ECC is a not-for-profit pay and reward consortium working with more than 125 UK universities and colleges. We provide HERA and FEDRA, the leading role analysis products in HE and FE, as well as a range of training services and bespoke consultancy to our members.

Our 2020 Annual Conference will be a virtual event taking place on 26th November. At a time when it is difficult for us to physically meet, a virtual event is a great alternative to allow us to stay in touch and to continue to share important updates and ideas. We will ensure that the virtual event will be just as impactful and memorable as a live event, and the connections just as valuable.
