Our medical team is there for you from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Ask your question via the app and receive personal answers and advice from our medical team. If necessary, we will schedule an appointment for you with your GP.

Good to know:
• The medical team consists of experienced nurses and general practitioners
• If necessary, you will receive a personal consultation with a GP on location
• Communication via the app is completely secure
• Your health insurer will pay for your consultation and it will not be at the expense of your deductible
