iBoks is an ERP application that is used by iBoks Building Management, Boks fire prevention and Boks Betonboringen to provide insight into and continue to monitor the status of the projects and maintenance status of their customers' buildings.


The software, which can be followed via App, ensures that our customers are relieved of the management of fire prevention installation, maintenance and adjustments. Furthermore, it is of course a big advantage that everything is digital, no more paperwork.

We now support more and more clients with iBoks, such as Van der Valk hotels, ING, Lidl and others.

How does it work? Our technicians all have an iPad with the iBoks application installed. The projects are assigned to the relevant engineer in the ERP system, the floor plans are entered and all necessary information about the project / building is entered. The technician opens the App on location and can immediately indicate on the map where he is located and where a specific implementation and/or adjustment needs to be completed. The technician takes a before photo of the finishing and fills in the necessary details and after finishing he takes an after photo and so on. This generates a live digital log that our relations can view and monitor via a portal.

For building management, our relations also have immediate access to the maintenance status of their buildings via a live portal and can respond immediately. All necessary records and documentation are stored digitally per building and can also be viewed via the portal. This gives the customer complete insight into the status and reporting of the buildings.
