The SensorProtocols Emulator app allows you to emulate a device that runs the imec SensorProtocols communication protocol. This protocol is commonly used by imec wearable devices that measure biophysical signals such as EEG, ECG, PPG and BIOZ. The emulator can be used as a reference device during the implementation of a SensorProtocols host or as a replacement of an actual device during demo's. The emulator can run on a TCP (Wifi), Bluetooth Classic or Bluetooth Low Energy connection. It generates a number of predefined signals, but also has the possibility to use signals loaded from file. It provides basic logging of the messages that are transferred between the host and the emulated device.
