The National Benchmark Group (RBB Group) founded in 2002, is an initiative of meanwhile 38 service organizations in the public sector.

The RBB Group is committed to learning from each other, together to the kitchen and comparing performance. The RBB Group has grown into a network where knowledge and insights are shared as much as possible with the realization that it is not only having knowledge but also to have access to and sharing of knowledge.

The partners of the RBB Group strive to continuously improve the quality of services to citizens, and thereby focus on research, do better together and connect.
