De Suikerzijde will be a vibrant and urban district on the west side of Groningen. It will be green, spacious, and generously designed, with an inviting character. You'll immediately feel at home: a place where you not only live, but also work, learn, and study.
In the coming years, we will be working together to build the new, diverse De Suikerzijde district. We will do this in several phases.
