Clinical Anesthesiology – Medication is the successful anesthesiology application Medication, now also for Android.

The content of the application consists of a list of commonly used anesthesiological agents with clearly arranged information about dosages, properties, mechanisms of action, indications, warnings and pharmacology of the various medicines. The application is particularly suitable for quick reference while working in or outside the operating theater complex and intensive care unit. This application is based on the chapter Pharmacology from the new book Clinical Anesthesiology edited by Noordzij, Klimek and Stamer. The application is particularly suitable for the anesthetist (in training), intern, nurse anesthetist, ICU doctor (in training) and ICU nurse. The application will be regularly updated with new information. These updates are free.

The editors have endeavored to ensure that the content of the application reflects the usual anesthesiological practice in an average Dutch hospital. For this reason, dosages may deviate from the dosage recommended by the manufacturer or in the Pharmacotherapeutic Compass.
