My Covid Rehabilitation works as a digital self-help brochure where you adapt the content to yourself. The purpose of the app is to provide motivation to people who are undergoing rehabilitation from the late effects of covid-19.

Information in the app is only visible to the person who downloads the app, and information is only stored on the device it is downloaded to. No one else has access to information contained in the app.

The app has been developed as support for a rehabilitation study in late sequelae after Covid, but can be downloaded by others who wish to do so.

The app has been developed by the University Hospital of Northern Norway and Helse Nord IKT.
