The app contains taxonomy to notify deviations, observations, near misses, accidents and improvement, as well as a separate module for documentation of completed job safety analysis / risk analysis and another for inspections and audits.

The app is stripped of all unnecessary functions and buttons to make the most user-friendly. Nevertheless, it is a complete reporting tool that meets all our requirements and needs, and we consider improvement opportunities using the app in our company too big.
