This is Kongsberg Technology Park (KTP) app for use when reporting safety events and quality related matters. This application contains the systematically to notify deviations, observations, near misses, accidents and improvement, as well as a module for documentation of completed job safety analysis / risk analysis.

The app is stripped of all unnecessary features and buttons to make the most user-friendly. Nevertheless, it is a complete reporting tool that meets all our requirements and needs, and we consider improvement opportunities using the app in our business too big.

We believe in KTP KIS principle. Keep It Simple. Too many organizations make HSEQ their systems for complex, resulting in under-reporting and a host of bureaucratic mess.
