This is Steen Lund AS 'app to use when reporting safety events and quality related matters. The app contains taxonomy to notify deviations, observations, near misses, accidents and improvement, as well as a separate module for documentation of completed job safety analysis / risk analysis and another for inspections and audits.

The app is stripped of all unnecessary functions and buttons to make the most user-friendly. Nevertheless, it is a complete reporting tool that meets all our requirements and needs, and we consider improvement opportunities using the app in our company too big.
