Happy Yogi is an app developed for you who are members of Happy Yogi at Heistad. Check the timetable for our yoga classes and book in to our events. We want the threshold to do yoga to be low and our motto is "Come as you are". Choose from several different yoga classes, and for beginners we can recommend Myk Yoga and Mediyoga.
