MINPLAN is a tool for creating a structured plan for coping, such a plan is often referred to as "Crisis Plan" or "Security Plan". It is designed for mental health patients, but may also be suitable for other users.

All the information you enter in the plan belongs only to you. If elements in the plan involve others, either relatives / friends or persons / bodies in the health care system, it is important that these are also aware of their role. Ask for help to make a plan from any helpers / agencies if you need it.

This Norwegian version is based on the Danish MINPLAN, and has been developed together with professionals.
