With Records Care App you can use speech to text function (by clicking on the mic icon and speaking instead of typing text)
provided in the app to create records easily and fast.

standalone and free to use for any user who can read and write. So,
when you download and install it in your mobile or tablet you can create a
new record and categorize it the way you want.
