Gather your friends and form a circle around the cell phone. Click on the bottle and when it stops spinning it will point out the participants.
Whoever is being pointed through the bottom of the bottle will ask a question to whoever is being pointed through the "mouth" of the bottle and say a challenge.
If this person does not want to respond, he must choose the challenge.
