The app is now available for patients receiving care through CommonSpirit Health associated with St. Luke's Health in Texas, CHI Saint Joseph Health in Kentucky or CHI Memorial in Tennessee and Georgia.

The CommonSpirit App is a simple, secure way to access recent health info. There are different CommonSpirit apps available depending on where you receive care. This version is for GA, KY, TN, and parts of TX. For other regions, like CO, KS, or UT, look for “CommonSpirit – CO/KS/UT” in the App.
