Maḻpanya mai yuwa! is the Yankunytjatjara version of the internationally recognisied Feed the Monster early literacy game engine. Maḻpanya mai yuwa! is a fun, offline game that provides children and families with a multi sensory and interactive way to explore the fundamentals of reading in Yankunytjatjara. Children will develop knowledge of Yankunytjatjara letters and sounds, and will use these skills to spell a number of common Yankunytjatjara words. All through the journey, children will watch their maḻpa (friends) grow and mature.
