IFHAM Holdings does not offer direct loan lending but provides a solution for financial institution members to access their pre-existing financial profiles and apply for loans from pre-configured loan products, of which all members are aware of the terms and conditions.

Please note that IFHAM Holdings app does not offer direct access or sign-up through the app. Member accounts must be created, authorized, and approved from the back office before being accessed via the mobile application.

IFHAM Holdings app serves multiple organizations as tenants, with each organization having its products, settings, rules, and permission levels. Clients can switch tenants to access their information from different organizations. However, switching tenants invalidates all authorizations and permissions from the previous tenant, requiring the client to re-authenticate when switching to another tenant. Each organization has its users and configurations, including loan terms, interest rates, and minimum and maximum amounts.

IFHAM Holdings app does not allow the sharing of one client's information with another. Each client has a profile and cannot perform transactions related to another client. The app will be used under Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) to serve their clients who have passed their respective KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.

IFHAM Holdings app does not offer any direct loan lending it provides a solution for Financial institution members to access their pre-existing financial profiles and Apply for (i.e. if the organization offer a loan) a loan from pre-configured loan products which all the members are aware of their terms and conditions.

Additionally, IFHAM Holdings app is branded specifically for members of IFHAM Holdings and not other.
