This application allocates the communication elements and proposes a label based on the SGA. Data necessary to propose the label is the name of the chemical, supplier data and hazard classification of the substance in the SGA, among others, which must be known in advance by the user.

The application is based on the SGA contained in the 4th version of the Purple Book of United Nations Organization (UN).
