As part of the LIO – Individually Organizing Learning pilot project, the Geldern Vocational College in the Kleve district is developing a customized software solution that supports the organization and implementation of individual learning in an increasingly digitalized educational environment. The goal of this solution is to make teaching and learning processes more transparent, efficient, and flexible, while simultaneously opening up new opportunities for collaboration for students and teachers.
The software encompasses various functional areas designed to facilitate everyday school life. These include:
Individual learning planning: Learners can digitally record, adapt, and continuously document their personal goals, tasks, and learning paths.
Organizational and administrative functions: Teachers are provided with tools to monitor learning progress, provide materials, and provide targeted and timely feedback and assessments.
Transparency and traceability: Both students and teachers have a structured overview of the current learning status, planned tasks, and achieved milestones at all times.
