This application is used to manage the inventory of refuse and recycle carts for residents in the city of Chicago. The complete lifecycle of carts in the city's inventory is tracked, starting with new cart delivery and ending with cart decommissioning. Work flows for completing resident's work orders, cart repairs, deliveries, pick ups and inspections are implemented by the application. The application interfaces with the city refuse billing system and with the city's 311 system to complete these tasks.
