Users can run the net.tagger mobile-phone app to easily "tag" network infrastructure.


The physical network is critical infrastructure -- a cut cable can affect multiple service providers or even disrupt service to an entire region. By understanding the physical properties of communication networks, we can learn how to make them more robust.
