Your body and journey living with diabetes is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. You choose when and how to get information; whether that be through our coaches, website or phone app powered by Good Measures—making it convenient to manage your diabetes.

HOW IT WORKS:
1) Meet your Coach – A diabetes educator will use a customized approach to empower you to take control of your diabetes.
2) Monitor your Blood Sugar – Use your continuous glucose monitor (CGM) or blood glucose monitor (BGM) to know your numbers.
3) Connect the Dots – Put the pieces together for breakthrough moments throughout your diabetes journey.
