Promesa is a research project sponsored by Colciencias and executed by the Cardiovascular Foundation of Colombia and the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.

The objective of the study is to develop and implement a program of education and monitoring for the follow-up at home of children with complex congenital heart diseases in the interstadium phase of palliation.
