IIF LLE MedDocket is a health recording application. In this app, by collecting data about different health like vital, visual acuity, a basic review of the patient is taken and the patient is diagnosed by the doctor. Also his reports have been made. The reports are graph wise and reports are generated for each form of the patient which is available as All, date wise and Today`s.
