CHO Soft under community health integrated platform (CHIP) is a comprehensive
digital solution designed for Community Health Officers (CHOs) in Rajasthan to
streamline their service delivery, data management, and incentive claim processes. This
application has been developed by Khushi Baby (a non-profit organization registered
under Section 8) for the Department of Medical, Health & Family Welfare, Government
of Rajasthan. It is securely hosted at the Rajasthan State Data Center (RSDC) under the
Department of IT&C.
The application is intended for use only by authorized government healthcare
providers. No financial remuneration has been taken by the organization from the
department for developing this application.
This mobile application enables efficient management of Comprehensive primary
healthcare services at Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAMs) previously known as Health
and Wellness Centres (HWCs).
