The JetBlue-MSBM Financial Literacy Program is a free educational initiative designed to enhance financial literacy among young professionals and entrepreneurs in the Caribbean. Developed through a collaboration between JetBlue, MasterCard, AFUWI, and the Mona School of Business and Management, the program offers a comprehensive course titled “Financial Literacy and Managing Your Money.”
The course covers four key modules: Money Management, Credit Management, Debt Management, and Investment and Retirement Planning. Each cohort spans three weeks, requiring a total commitment of 8–12 hours, and accommodates 30 to 35 participants aged 18–45 from Jamaica, Barbados, the Bahamas, Antigua and Barbuda, Trinidad and Tobago, St. Lucia, and Dominica. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate recognizing their achievement.
