App Features:
• See all notices at one glance under a minimal beautiful interface.
• Once cached, notice titles can be read even if device is offline.
• Get notified via push notification when new notices are updated.

The app does not run in the background or consume any resources. The website changes are checked centrally on a Google Cloud AppEngine every 2 hours from 7am to 10pm. If new contents are found on the website, push notifications are delivered to all users.
