In the new version of the application, you can calculate all the money and rights you deserve even in case of termination of employment (if you were fired or resigned)!
Instead of calculating your own compensation, differentials, payment for accrued days off and all other social rights that you deserve, and according to the special calculation for teenagers, the app will calculate for you!
You will see in the menu on the hours tracking screen, a new button called "End of work" where you will start the calculation process of "Finalization of account". Completion of an account is a summary of all the money and rights due to you when you finish work, and the calculation will take into account how long you have been working, how long you have worked at the workplace, the vacation days you have accrued, if you have been fired or resigned and more.
It is important for us to mention here that in any case you detect a discrepancy between what the application calculates for you and what you received, you are welcome to contact us in the application and a guide will get back to you to find out what is missing and help you get what you deserve back.

For each position, you can find out what the conditions and rights are to you.

In any job you work, you can write down and document all your working hours in order to avoid mistakes in receiving all your wages and social rights.
Avoda+ will do the work for you, and calculate all the social rights you have accumulated, and help you stand up for your rights and get everything you deserve!
At any moment, you can go into the simulation of the pay slip in the application and see the general picture of your work.
We recommend going into the payslip simulation every month when you get your salary and make sure you got everything.
