ORCA-USA was launched in 2002 as the USA Chapter of Old Rajshahi Cadets Association (ORCA) headquarted in Bangladesh. ORCA-USA is a not-for-profit, non-political, volunteer organization registered with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) under Section 501 (c) 3.
