CliRes EDC is an Android app and a plug-in for CliRes web-based (http://clires2.oucru.org/). It is developed by Data Management Department of Oxford University Clinical Research Unit in Vietnam. With it, users easily collect the patient data anywhere, anytime and any Android devices. It is designed to work well both online and offline depend on user requires and network connectivity.
CliRes EDC inherits the features of CliRes web-based, so users find similarities and quickly to catch it. It supports question and answer types, applies entry contraints, edit-check rules, repeated forms, grids that are the same as CliRes web-based. A different point from CliRes web-based is it renders CRF forms into line by line of questions to adapt small screen of devices but users are very convenient to enter data.
