This active remote monitoring app is part of the Remote Assessment of Disease And Relapse - base (RADAR-base). RADAR-base has as goal to explore the potential of wearable devices and smartphone applications to help prevent and preempt various diseases in healthy people.

This is a specialized version of the original RADAR active RMT app for patients enrolled in the RADAR-CNS ambulatory epilepsy study. In addition to the questionnaire functionality of the original app, a basic seizure diary is also available in this version.
