The "Development and Implementation of a Mobile Application and Web-based Management Information System (MIS) for Transforming the Cookstove Market Project" by Practical Action aimed to benefit 75,000 households in Nepal with improved cookstoves. The project addressed indoor air pollution and inefficient cooking practices. It developed a comprehensive MIS and mobile app to collect, analyze, and track data related to cookstove dissemination. The project focused on strengthening the supply chain, increasing demand through capacity-building activities, and live cooking demonstrations.
