This Sokoro dictionary, with its glosses in French and English, is intended for those who are interested in this language that is spoken in the department of Bahr-Garada, sub-prefecture of Melfi, canton of Gogmi in the region of Guéra in Chad.

The dictionary was made by Abdel Kerim Ali, Abdelrahim Yaranga and Saleh Kakoulo with the support of Martin Gordon and Rineke van Rijn of SIL. It was also published in 2023 by the Association pour le Developpement de la Langue Sokoro (A.D.L.S.) under the title "Giigi ti ŋ Buut Sɔŋɔrɔŋ" (Granary of the Sokoro language).
