Pulse is the companion app for the echo sounder product brand "Pulse". Supported echo sounders at app launch are:
- PULSEred: Our 2D fish finder model
- PULSEblue: Our side scan model

These echo sounders are headless. This app is used to view and control them.

The Pulse app connects to the Wi-Fi access point of the Pulse echo sounder automatically. And will then show the echogram, the depth and the temperature.

The Pulse app offers you an intuitive way to read and control your echo sounder. All important controls are directly accessible on the screen for fast adjustments. Their visibility can be toggled by a single click to allow a clean echo sounder screen.

Metric or imperial:
Tap the depth measure to change between metric and imperial measures of depth and temperature.

Color maps:
Select among 5 single color and 12 multi color palettes. Anyone should find a favorite!

Point of view:
For the PULSEblue, swap between the vertical side scan view and the down scan view with a single click.
For the PULSEred, swap between 3 different cone angles just as easily.

Depth view control:
Let the app auto track the current depth, or control it manually using the ruler. Or optionally control depth using finger pinch control.

Illumination:
Adjust the brightness of the echogram render using the "sun" control.

Filter:
Remove noise by automatic or manual control using the noise filter. Or leave the filter at 0 to observe any detail. Some of our multi color palettes work especially well with no filter at all.

Screen speed:
Easily adjust the echogram screen flow speed by finger pinch.

Additional settings:
NMEA server to allow DBT and MTW messages reach other apps, compensate for transducer installation depth, initiate an echogram recording and initiate playback, get insight in meaning of color palettes and more available as additional settings and features.
