Rideshare is a mobile application developed by the Office of Information and Communications Technology in the Department of Management of the United Nations Secretariat. It facilitates vehicle-pooling by matching itineraries of people belonging to the same community. A community can be an organization, a company, a campus, a group of people… who have something in common. Using Rideshare is a small and easy act that contributes to reduce air pollution; millions of these small acts together can make a positive impact on the climate change.
