The Peer Support Group serves as an initial avenue for personnel to seek advice and counseling from trusted individuals within a non-judgmental environment. Those who choose to engage with a Peer Supporter often experience significant benefits.

Unfortunately, the Peer Support Program is frequently underutilized due to concerns about potential rumors spreading within the hospital, which may make practitioners hesitant to seek assistance.

To address this challenge and counteract the pervasive "beauty-shop mentality" often observed in departments, WeNeverCareAlone facilitates connections among Peer Support Teams nationwide. This ensures that practitioners can reach out to a Peer Supporter without hesitation, thereby increasing anonymity and enabling providers to seek support anytime and from anywhere.

Furthermore, the WeNeverCareAlone portal offers a directory of mental health professionals and counselors, along with a plethora of carefully curated resources tailored for medical providers.

- Individual sign-in credentials for every department member to access resources
- Complete anonymity, as user activities are not tracked
