The Ombudsman North Constitutional Financing Fund (FNO), established by art. 18-A of Law No. 7,827, of September 27, 1989, as amended by art. 2 of Law No. 12,716, of September 21, 2012, is managed by the Superintendency of the Amazon Development - Sudam and aims to meet the suggestions and complaints of economic agents and their representative bodies as the routines and procedures employed in all phases of the process Constitutional Fund for Financing and, also, receive and give proper treatment to requests, complaints and compliments of its assets borrowers, prospective and / or potential, as well as their representations.
