The app to track check-in and check-out of people at places such as event management, schools, charity organization, offices and many more use cases. The app is designed to track people coming in and out at any place without any manual intervention. The attendee list is prepopulated, and any walk-in person is added with a single click. It is secured, only attendee can check in/out with 4-digit PIN. The report feature provides historical information of attendees and total time stayed at the event. The Admin function allows you to update, add, and delete attendees.
How to use:
Signup the app with event details and start using it. Admin functionality allow you to add a new person, update and delete the person. The status menu shows how many people checked-in and checked-out at any point of time. Data is synced automatically from multiple devices. You can reset the event and start over again.
After the event is launched, guests can check-in and check-out by moving the slider In or out using last 4 digits of their registered phone number or preassigned number code.
The check-in and check-out times correspond to the USA-Central Standard Time zone.
