The Provincial Municipality of Arequipa provides citizens with a tool to obtain information on operating permits and infractions of public transport vehicles, taxis, among others; as well as registering complaints regarding the services that these vehicles provide.
The complaints registered by the users will be received by the officials of the Municipality, by means of a complaint, to give them the appropriate follow-up.
Likewise, there is an exclusive application for the administration of complaints, minutes, news, among others, where through this platform the official of the Municipality can interact with the citizen, for a faster response to the generated complaints.
